With over 1,500 hours of holistic practice (Healing Hands School of Holistic Health, Escondido CA)  and a business degree (AUBG Bulgaria)  Yoana recognized a pattern: the modern world provides comfort yet,  time and time again the message from her clients was "there must be something else beyond this experience". She saw the trauma stored in the tissues of high-performers and knew that therapeutic work could no longer stay 'in the studio.

With a Scorpio Rising intensity, she has walked through the fires of personal transformation to emerge as a master alchemist of the human spirit. Guided by her Cancer Sun, she holds a maternal, sacred "Nest" for all who enter her circle, while her Libra Moon ensures every experience is a masterpiece of balance and relational grace.​

 

Fuelled by her Heart Virtue—Co-Creating Joy through True Understanding—and backed by the magnetic attraction of 4 Stars in Venus, Yoana is a natural-born circle facilitator.​   ​Born in the vibrant heart of Bulgaria and seasoned by two decades of California dreaming, Yoana’s path has been one of radical reconnection.Yoana lives in Carlsbad with her beloved daughter Milla. ​

We are a team of passionate yet grounded Holistic Health Practitioners, Massage Therapists, Life Coaches,  Alternative Health masters, researchers, Yoga practitioners.  All our bodywork therapists are  ABMP (http://www.abmp.com/) insured and CAMTC (https://www.camtc.org) certified.   All Yoga Instructors are Yoga Alliance (http://www.yogaalliance.org) certified.
